SUD Reentry Program


The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Reentry Program provides specialized support for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occuring mental health conditions as they transition from incarceration back into the community. 

Services Provides

Substance Use and Mental Health Support
Linking participants to treatment, counseling, and peer support. 

Case Management
Assisting with housing, employment, healthcare, and other essential needs

Community Reintegration Services
Helping clients comply with probation, access resources, and develop life skills


Eligibility Requirements

Probation/Parole

Within 90 days of reentry (chair to set, early supervised release)

​Living with SUD and/or co-occuring mental health disorders
